The End of a TV Era

This few weeks have been really sad for American TV.

Lost has finished its second season in the US. (Third season is coming though. That means, yes, they are still not saved from the bloody island.)

The OC has just ended its third season - with a terrible, horrible, cruel twist: (It's gonna be a spoiler. So I will type it in black. If you want to know what the sad ending is, highlight the space after the bracket) Marissa is dead after a car crash! She died in Ryan's arms!

And the saddest of all, it's the series finale of the 8-year-old Will & Grace.

Although I have never been a loyal fan of the show, I did stick to the TV whenever I saw it on the small screen. Though some jokes never worked for me, I loved the character of Karen to bits. Her disgustingly posh style is exactly what I have been dreaming of. I can still remember her shock face when she found out there was a 5 dollars note in her purse and yelled, "what the hell is this doing in here?!"

8 years is long enough, however. It's the right time to end.

With Desperate Housewives ending its second season this weekend, I think I'm gonna be depressed for a while because of all these endings.

But I still got Big Brother...
