This is an advertising concept for Pony Sneakers which "depicts an adonis champion standing to attention with his most valuable assets covered by his second most valuable assets." Sadly, Pony rejected this project because, apparently, they didn't have the balls to use it.

Well, I'll definitely suggest Nike to take this on: to illustrate the true meaning of JUST DO IT.
